This installment of Africa Matters Spotlight features Noëlla Lidvine Isingizwe, a Rwandan advocate and dedicated participant of the 2024 Africa Matters Ambassadors Program (AMAP). Noëlla’s work focuses on the sexual and reproductive health of women and girls. Motivated by the urgent need for greater awareness, the high rate of unsafe abortions, and violence against women in her community, Noëlla took action and is creating meaningful and lasting impact.
